A. We actually manufacture hot tub covers and spa covers in our factory and ship them directly to our customers. We can keep our prices reasonable since there is no middleman marking up the price. |

| 2 | Q. How can I be sure my hot tub cover or spa cover will be top quality? |

A. We have been in business for eight years supplying top quality hot tub covers and spa covers to our customers. Don’t be afraid of our low price. We simply pass by the middleman so you, the customer, get a real price break. Our spa covers can compare to the $300 to $400 spa covers you have seen advertised. Check their specifications and then check ours before you order from any other company. Our hot tub covers and spa covers are made of the highest quality materials right here in the United States, not imported from Mexico like many spa covers. |

| 3 | Q. Why do you make so many different weights of foam inserts? |

A. All of our spa covers are made with polystyrene inserts that measure 4 inches (4”) in the center and taper to 2 inches (2”) at the outside edge. However, the density, or heaviness, of the foam is the only difference between them. The one pound (1lb.) spa cover is a standard lightweight, easy to handle cover. The two pound (2lb.) spa cover can handle a snow load and at this price, is a real bargain. Our three pound (3-lb.) cover can be walked on but we don’t encourage it. It is a heavy cover made to withstand the weight of kids and small animals. |

| 4 | Q. What if my hot tub or spa has an irregular shape? |

A. Give us a call. We have templates for many models of spas. If we don’t have the specifications for your spa we will suggest that you make a pattern for us by taping rigid plastic over your spa and tracing the outline with a marker. |

| 5 | Q. How long does it take to ship a new spa cover? |
| |
A. Most spa cover orders are processed right away and production begins immediately. Finished covers are shipped by freight lines within ten days to two weeks of receiving the order. You should allow one more week for the actual shipping. We work very hard to stay current with our orders so prompt shipping is the rule with us, not the exception. |

| 6 | Q. Do you have my spa cover in stock? |

A. No we don’t. We don’t stock any covers. There are literally thousands of spa sizes and shapes and when you combine those with the 15 colors of vinyl that we offer, it would be impossible to make a spa covers in the advance of orders. |

| 7 | Q. How do I keep my spa cover looking like new? |
| |
A. We recommend 303 vinyl protectant. |

| 8 | Q. What does the lifter do? |
| |
